• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, the system will resolve or void the round in question in accordance with the game provider's policy.
• Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming system is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the Kedaimesin platform:

• Using another person's credit card, bank account, or payment method without written authorization.
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Distributing inflammatory, obscene, threatening, or illegal content through any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.

Members may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting the Kedaimesin customer support team. Any eligible balance will be returned after all active bonus wagering requirements have been completed or cancelled.

Kedaimesin reserves the right to close or suspend the account of any member under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.

• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or hacking.
• Requests from relevant authorities.

In the event of closure due to a violation, Kedaimesin reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including cash and bonuses, without any compensation.

Kedaimesin provides its gaming platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee that it will always be free from technical errors, outages, or unavailability.

• Kedaimesin shall not be liable for any financial losses arising from unavoidable technical disruptions.

• Kedaimesin's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the preceding 30 days.

Continued use of the kedaimesin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before those changes take effect.
